--amplified left channel 1 dB to more closely match right
--retracked recording placing indexes at beginnings of songs
--removed 3 seconds of leading silence at beginning of track 01
--added 3-second fade-up to beginning of track 01
--removed silence between tracks 06 and 07
--removed loud whistle from end of track 08
--removed brief silence and repeated portion between tracks 09 and 10
--tracked 3 minutes of encore applause separately
--removed brief silence in track 12
--removed 3 seconds of trailing silence at end of track 16
--added 3-second fade-down at end of track 16
